Service Description

Join us for a friendly session with Sophie from Basking Babies to chat all things about being a new mum. Sophie will be sharing the benefits to mums and babies of both Baby Massage and Baby Yoga...there are lots! She will then also be teaching a couple of massage techniques that new mums might find useful, as well as some fun baby yoga moves.
