Returns and Exchanges
All of our items are quality checked before they are dispatched. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we can offer you an exchange or credit note (excluding the cost of postage). Items must be unworn with labels/tags still intact and returned to us in their original condition.
Due to hygiene reasons knickers and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty. We thank you for your understanding on this matter and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date you received your order (please allow up to 4 days for postage). You will be required to cover the cost of shipping and they must be returned via a traceable method (e.g. Royal Mail Signed For). We will not accept responsibility for returned items until they are signed for by us.
With regards to exchanges, we will ship your replacement once we have received the items in the conditions mentioned above. All exchanges require payment of additional postage costs.

Once we have received your items, we aim to process your return or exchange within 2-5 working days. You will be notified by email once your request has been processed.
Returns on Sale Items
All items purchased in our online sale are sold on a non-refundable basis. However, they can be returned in exchange for store credit.
Faulty Items
Any verified faulty garments will be exchanged or refunded in full (excluding postage). Please contact us on 07507741025 or info@thebraconsultancy.co.uk at your earliest convenience.
