Are You Wearing An Ill-Fitting Bra?
8 out of 10 women are wearing an ill-fitting bra. In the following post, we will guide you through the process of whether it's time to shop for some new lingerie!
Are your straps digging in? This could mean that they are supporting too much weight.

In the correctly fitting bra, your shoulder straps should be comfortable and not dig in. The support comes from the under band.

Is there wrinkling or space at the top and the sides of the cup? Or is the bust bulging over the cups and the neck edge or under the arm?

In the right sized bra, there should be no space or bulging between the breast and the wire. The wire should sit comfortably and away from the breast tissue.

Do the wires stand away from the body at the centre front or sit on the breast tissue? Do the cups lift away from the chest when you lift your arms?

In the correct size, wires should sit close to the chest and the bra should stay in place when the arms are lifted.

Is the under band uncomfortable or too tight? Are the hook and eyes straining? Or, is the under band riding up?

In the right sized bra, the under band should be firm but not uncomfortable and should sit horizontally across the back.
