COVID-19 Safety Procedures
We would just like to give all of our customers a reminder of all of the safety measures that we will still have in place despite the lifting of all restrictions.
If you, or anyone else in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us with as much notice as possible so that we can rearrange your appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but as a business still wish to protect all customers, particularly those more vulnerable as well as all members of staff.
We will still be offering our in-person fitting consultations by appointment, however, we will be accepting walk-in fitting appointments on a first come, first serve basis, with priority given to those that have booked their appointment in advance.
On entering the boutique, we kindly ask that you sanitise your hands using the station provided. We also kindly ask that masks are worn by customers whilst in the fitting rooms due to the close contact nature of our service. Our staff will still be wearing masks all times to help protect all customers and other members of staff.
Our fitting rooms will continue to be cleaned between each fitting, as well as key touch points being cleaned on a regular basis. All garments tried on during a fitting will be steam cleaned before being returned to the shop floor.
